Full-arch implants (All-on-4 / All-on-6) in Bengaluru

A fixed full set of teeth supported by four or six implants in one arch — often with a temporary fixed bridge in about 8–10 days, and a final bridge later.

Typical stay: 8–12 days · often 2 trips

Sample – to be confirmed

Overview

What to expect

When many teeth are failing or a removable denture no longer feels secure, full-arch implants (often called All-on-4 or All-on-6) can replace a whole upper or lower set with a fixed bridge. A temporary bridge is often fitted within about 8–10 days so you leave India with fixed teeth; the final bridge usually follows after healing. Exact timing depends on bone and bite — your partner clinician decides. Atithi Health is a medical travel facilitator, not a healthcare provider. Clinical care is delivered by independent licensed partner clinics — TODO(founder): add partner.

Good candidates

  • Adults needing a full upper or lower arch replaced
  • Guests who can travel for roughly 8–12 days for the first stage
  • People comfortable with a temporary bridge first, then a final bridge later

Not suitable if

  • Guests who need major medical clearance that is not yet complete
  • Anyone seeking a same-week permanent final bridge without healing time when the clinician advises against it

How it works

From first report to fit-to-fly

Anaesthesia: Local anaesthesia; sedation if recommended by the treating clinician. Duration: Typically a half-day to full-day surgical session per arch.

  1. Records and video consult

Share scans and photos. A partner dentist explains whether 4 or 6 implants per arch are more suitable.

  2. Surgery and temporary bridge

Implants are placed; a temporary fixed bridge is often fitted within about 8–10 days when clinically appropriate.

  3. Healing at home

Soft diet and hygiene as taught. Healing continues for months.

  4. Final bridge

A later visit (timing set by your clinician) seats the definitive bridge.

Recovery

Healing notes

Most guests fly after the temporary bridge stage when the dentist confirms fit-to-fly — often around day 8–12.

  1. Days 1–3

Rest, swelling control, soft diet, medicines as prescribed.

  2. Days 4–10

Temporary bridge adjustments if needed; hygiene coaching; fit-to-fly review.

  3. Later visit

Final bridge after the clinician confirms healing is ready.

Risks to discuss with your clinician

  • Swelling, bruising, infection, or implant failure
  • Need to revise the temporary or final bridge
  • Speech and chewing take practice with a new full arch

FAQs

Common questions

Are you a hospital?

No. Atithi Health (Atithi Care Travel LLP) is a medical travel facilitator. Clinical care is provided by independent licensed partner hospitals and clinics. We coordinate hospitality, travel and communication under Atithi Devo Bhava — the guest is God — we do not diagnose or treat you ourselves.

Are prices fixed?

No. From-prices on the site are indicative estimates in USD. Your final written quote comes from the treating provider after reviewing your reports. Flights are not included.

How long should I stay?

It depends on the treatment: many dental and eye pathways need about 4–10 days; full-arch dental can need 8–12 days for the first stage; hair transplant often 4–6 nights; health checks 1–2 days; Panchakarma often 14–21 nights. Your written plan will state a recommended window after clinical review.

Will I need two trips for dental implants?

Sometimes. If immediate loading is suitable, a temporary tooth may be placed on the first trip. If the bone needs time to fuse, the final crown often needs a second visit about 3–4 months later. Your partner dentist decides after CBCT review.
