Which procedure suits me?
Pre-surgery eye tests on day 1 (corneal mapping, thickness, dry-eye check) decide between LASIK, SMILE and ICL. We do not offer glaucoma, cornea transplant, retina or paediatric eye pathways.
| Procedure | How it works | Recovery | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| LASIK | Laser reshapes the cornea via a flap. | Often quick; reviews day 1 and day 3–5. | Many common prescriptions with adequate corneal thickness. |
| SMILE | Laser via a small keyhole incision. | Often comfortable; same early review pattern. | Selected prescriptions after day-1 mapping. |
| ICL | A lens is placed inside the eye; cornea not reshaped by laser. | Day surgery; companion recommended. | Very high prescriptions or thin corneas when laser is not suitable. |
